§ 11 DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY STATEMENT
The protection of your personal data is of the utmost concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively according to all applicable legal regulations (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of using our website and our newsletter if applicable.
(1) Anonymous Data Collection
You may visit our website without disclosing any personal information. Although with every access to our websites and any retrieval of content or data hosted on our websites, your browser will transfer data which will be logged.
The following data will be collected: browser type and version, operating system of your device, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address (excluding last octet).
The storage of this data is used for statistical and system related purposes only and log files will be kept no longer than two months.
(2) Collection and Processing Data When Using the Contact Form
When sending requests using our contact forms, the data you provide in those forms, including your contact data, are stored for the purpose of processing your request. Processing the data you provided in the contact form therefore occurs exclusively on the basis of your consent. The lawfulness of any data processing having occurred prior to a potential withdrawal of consent remains unaffected.
The data you entered into the contact form will be stored until you request us to delete them or withdraw your consent to their storage, or until the purpose for their storage no longer exists (e.g. when the processing of your request is complete). Mandatory legal provisions, in particular regarding retention periods, remain unaffected.
(3) Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data
We collect your personal data (details about personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person) by explicit agreement only. The processing and use of your personal data occurs only to handle and fulfil your requests.
After complete contract processing all personal data is stored initially taking into account tax and commercial law retention periods and is then deleted after indicated deadlines, unless you have agreed to the further processing and use.
(4) Using E-mail Addresses for Sending Newsletters
Independent to the fulfilment of your requests we exclusively use your e-mail address for promotional purposes in our newsletter, in case you have explicitly agreed.
The declaration of consent in the subscription form or in your subscribtion message reads as follows „Subscribe to Our Newsletter“.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the appropriate link in the newsletter or by directly sending us a message. For contact information, see our imprint. Your e-mail address will then be deleted from the distribution list.
(5) Disclosure of Personal Data
No personal data will be transferred, shared, sold or distributed to third parties without express consent. Excluded are only data transfers to our service partners, needed to fulfil the contractual relationship.
In these limited circumstances we strictly adhere to the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. The amount of data transferred to those partners is limited to a necessary minimum.

Our website at several locations uses so-called “Cookies”. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by your web browser. They serve to make our service more user-friendly, effective and safer. Furthermore, cookies enable our systems to identify your browser and to provide particular services. Cookies do not contain any personal data.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. („Google“).
Google Analytics uses „Cookies“, respectively small text files stored on your computer, to help analyse how users interact with our website. In the case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be truncated within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and anonymised there.
